Return & Refund Policy

At Brenda’s Blessed Creations, each item is made with care. Many of our products are custom-made or made to order, so please read our policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if the issue is determined to be our error.

Non-Custom Items

If we offer non-custom merchandise, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and unworn

In their original condition

Returned in the original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many items are made to order, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
